Who we are

brackbox.com is operated by BrackBox Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company at 1122 Colorado St, Apt 1410, Austin, TX 78701. Reach us at info@brackbox.com.

What this site collects

Nothing. brackbox.com is a static site. It has no sign-up, no contact form, no cookies, no analytics or advertising scripts, and no third-party trackers. We do not set or read a cookie on your device.

Our web host records standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, in the ordinary course of serving the page. We do not analyse those logs to profile you.

The calculators

The tools at /calc and /lucky run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us or to anyone else, are not saved to your device, and disappear when you close the tab.

If you email us

The only way this site sends us anything is a mailto link you choose to click. If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as we need to answer you, and we use it for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell, rent, or share your address.

AcqFlo is separate

AcqFlo is our product and has its own account system and its own privacy policy. This policy covers brackbox.com only.

Your rights

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and collects nothing from anyone, including them.

Changes

If this stops being true, because we add a form or an analytics tool, we will update this page and the date above before the change goes live.
